Since January, I’ve had a glass of lemon water every single morning (and sometimes another one at night).  Here are some of the things I’ve noticed since I’ve been drinking it:  my skin has been brighter; I haven’t gotten sick AT ALL during the winter months; I have much more energy for the next few hours after drinking it.  I’ve been feeling so refreshed since starting this new regimen.  Try it… you’ll notice a difference, too!
